5. Payment Terms
Payment terms, methods, and schedules are determined by the subcontractor performing your work. Illinois Concrete Lifting does not process payments for services rendered.
6. Warranties
Warranties on work performed are provided by the individual subcontractor. We encourage all customers to review warranty terms with their assigned contractor before work begins.
7. Limitation of Liability
Illinois Concrete Lifting acts as a referral service. We are not liable for any damages, injuries, or losses resulting from work performed by subcontractors. Each subcontractor carries their own liability insurance.
8. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies are set by individual subcontractors. Please discuss cancellation terms with your assigned contractor.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Illinois Concrete Lifting and is protected by copyright laws.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from services should first be addressed with the subcontractor who performed the work. If you have concerns about our referral service, please contact us directly.
